How to Apply for a FIRE SAFETY TRAINING

  • Complete an Application for CT Form 1 – Application form To be completed IN FULL.
  • Fees are to be paid IN FULL before commencement of Training.
  • Confirmed participants list are to be submitted before Training conducted.
